Jamalpur: In a heartwarming initiative to empower disabled students, janseva R Foundation Foundation unveiled three brand-new skill development centers in Maraiya, Sisba, and Mushkipur-Kothi. The inauguration was marked by the presence of the organization's founder, Shri Dun Bahadur Das.
These centers are dedicated to providing specialized training to disabled individuals, equipping them with the skills needed to excel in the retail sector. The comprehensive training program spans over three months, culminating in an online examination. Successful candidates who pass the examination will be awarded a certificate and offered employment opportunities. Additionally, interviews will be arranged at various locations to further support their job placement.
Shri Dun Bahadur Das emphasized that the project's goal is to provide training to 150 disabled individuals, with plans for more training centers in the future. janseva R Foundation Foundation already operates five free education centers for underprivileged children within the Municipal Council and Panchayat.
The inauguration of these centers witnessed the participation of disabled students from various locations, including Hulan Kumar, Sahni Mohd, Naseem Ejajul, Rajul, Fakko, Mamta Kumari, Sapna Kumari, Mansoor Alam, Julkha Khatoon, Asma Khatoon, Bandana Kumari Dasrath Khatoon, Kamal Kishore Poddar, Ranveer Yadav, Rajesh Kumar, and Sandeep Kumar.
The co-founder, Robin Smith, made a notable contribution through video conferencing from Bangalore. Further support is provided by Gautam Kumar and Prahlad Kumar, who work as dedicated assistants at the janseva R Foundation.
The inauguration of these skill development centers marks a significant step toward inclusivity and education for disabled individuals, providing them with the tools and opportunities they need to lead fulfilling lives and make a valuable contribution to society.
